Your money is your business.

The short version

We collect only what the app needs to work, we never sell your data, your bank credentials never touch our servers, and you can leave — with your data deleted — whenever you want.

What we collect

Account info — your name and email, managed by our sign-in provider (Clerk).
Financial data — if you connect a bank through Plaid: account balances, transactions, and investment holdings. We receive read-only data. Your bank username and password go to Plaid, never to us, and the access tokens we store are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM).
Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. Card numbers never touch our servers.
What you type in — budgets, goals, bills, kids' jar entries, profile details you choose to share, and questions you ask George.

How we use it

To run the features you see: balances, budgets, alerts, reports, and coaching. When you ask George a question, we send a compact financial summary (never account numbers, never bank credentials) to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the answer. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Who touches your data

Only the services that make the app work: Clerk (sign-in), Plaid (bank connections), Stripe (payments), Supabase (our encrypted database), Vercel (hosting), Inngest (scheduled jobs), Anthropic (AI coaching), and Resend (email, if enabled). Each receives only what its job requires.

Your controls

Disconnect a bank at any time from the Accounts page.
Cancel your subscription any time via Settings → Billing.
Request full deletion of your account and data by emailing zach.rhyne@keytradesolutions.com. We delete promptly and completely.

Kids

Wallet Jr. data is entered and owned by the parent's account. Wayne's Wallet is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from them.

Changes
